Shipping and Handling Information
Our goal is to ship your order within 24 hours. Orders are shipped Monday – Saturday, excluding holidays by US Postal Service. Generally, orders received by 1:00pm CST are shipped the same day. Orders received after 1:00pm may ship the same day or the next business day, depending on mail pick up times. By entering your email address, you consent to receiving shipment confirmation emails, including confirmation of shipment with tracking information. This information can be used to track the shipment in transit.
Limitations on shipping
Please note that UPS cannot deliver to post office boxes. We do not ship C.O.D.; All orders must be paid for in advance of shipment. We only use our designated carriers, and we do not honor special requests to ship by the receivers preferred provider or using the recipients carrier account.

International Shipping and Handling Fees
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International customers may have to pay additional fees for customs, duties and taxes. These extra fees vary widely from country to country. Since we have no control over potential extra charges levied by destination countries, we highly recommend that you research the policies specific to your country. Also, when customs clearance procedures are necessary, delays can be caused that will increase the time it takes to arrive. Although duties and customs are beyond our control, we are truly sorry for those who experience them.
We strive to maintain accurate inventory counts and remove unavailable inventory from our website as promptly as possible. Items that appear on our website are generally available for purchase unless otherwise labeled as Out of Stock, Back-Order, or Pre-Order. Occasionally, we may have unexpected changes to our product availability. We will notify you immediately if we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason.
Temporarily Out of Stock or Back-ordered Items
If you place an order for a product that shows out of stock, we will contact you by email or telephone with an approximate date of availability. Due to circumstances beyond our control, arrival of products to the store may be delayed and are subject to change. All Out of Stock and Back-ordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. You will not be charged for any item until it is available and ready to ship. Please notify us by email or telephone should you prefer to cancel a back-ordered item.
As a courtesy to our clients, we often let you know of new products or services that are coming, but not yet available to ship. These items have a nominal fee to reserve the item, but the full cost of the item is not charged until the product is ready to ship. We will let you know of the anticipated availability date, but due to circumstances beyond our control, arrival of products to the store may be delayed and are subject to change.
